Two Ingredient Dough

2 Ingredient Dough

Its all the rage lately. Have you tried it yet?

1/2 cup Fage Total 0% Plain Yogurt

1/2 cup self rising flour

This recipe will make two servings of 3 point pizza dough – enough to make 2 pizzas. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Combine 1/2 cup of self rising flour and 1/2 cup of Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt in a bowl until a dough starts to form.  I use my Kitchen Aid and dough hook but you can knead it by hand.  The dough may be a bit crumbly but I just keep it going with the dough hook until it comes together. I’m still experimenting on kneading times. Divide the dough into two equal portions. You can use one now and refrigerate or freeze the other for later. Next pat out your dough on a piece of parchment paper. I make mine pretty thin. Some people roll theirs out. Bake until brown and crispy. Sometimes I flip it and brown the bottom a bit more. Take out and add your favorite toppings. Pop it back into the oven until cheese is melted and browned to your liking. That’s it! If you don’t like a crispy crust then bake it to your liking!
